Since starting Brodie Duncan Marketing in 1992, the marketing-led approach has helped a wide variety of companies grow in size and reputation.
So like our clients you'll get to know and trust Brodie Duncan just as we come to understand your business and your aims. It works both ways.
I’ve spent most of my career working in Marketing and my early career development with blue chip companies including Scottish Radio Holdings (1983-1985), Daily Record & Sunday Mail (1985-1987) and Baillie Marshall Advertising (1987-1992). In 1992 I set up Brodie Duncan Marketing.
And now approaching 30 years and on work and project has developed and I now a Director of the following companies:
The Egyptian Halls - 84/100 Union Street, Glasgow
Since 1998 we’ve worked at a site assembly/ development strategy, which sees Union Street Properties Ltd and Union Street Investments Ltd control 100% of The Egyptian Halls, Union Street, Glasgow, which is acknowledged as world renowned architectural masterpiece. And which will during 2021 apply for Planning Permission for a £30M refurbishment scheme of this Grade A Greek Thomson architectural masterpiece. Once the funding issues are reconciled then this project will be green lighted. And the Egyptian Halls will be preserved and returned to a hybrid heritage/commercial sustainability.
Blackscroft Property Ltd
In the process of developing plans for the ongoing development of the Foundry Lane site, which will include subject to Planning A day time café/bistro with Air BnB potential, offices and potentially Housing. The recent decision to locate the Eden Project 100M away is believed to have leverage potential for the combined BPC asset base. BPC is funder free and standard securities are held by the current shareholders.
